New Look & New Features deliver a user-friendly experience!
Greetings Agents and Brokers!
The Flexmls IDX SmartFrame has been elevated to a new level with an improved user interface that is even more intuitive and user-friendly than before! With the new NAR rules now in place, buyer agents are looking for more ways to serve their clients and show their value. What better way to build your business than to provide your buyers with the most accurate and affordable IDX home search on the market. Here are just some of the exciting new changes your clients and prospects are going to love.
Expanded view creates excitement!
The Search, or Filter Screen, has been modified to show matching properties while entering criteria, rather than just showing dots on a map. In the previous interface, users had to click View Properties before they could actually see the houses, but then they would lose the search criteria or Filters screen.
In the new and improved interface, the Map Screen is compressed to allow an Expanded View with the Filters, House Photos and Information, and the Map, all on the same screen! This Expanded View creates excitement as your clients fine tune their Search Filter Parameters and see both the matching homes and the location on the Map at the same time.
New Property Detail “Pop-in-Front” modal screen keeps everything front and center for your prospects!
The full Detail property information screen is now a modal or “Pop-in-Front” screen that keeps the user’s search screen visible in the background as they look over the information for a particular home. The modal screen appears when the user clicks on any property. Easy to spot Next, Previous, and Close buttons on the top of the screen allow your clients to scroll through the matching properties, and then close the Pop-in-Front window to go back to searching. This user interface design keeps everything visible in front of the user, so they don’t lose their place, as often happens when they are taken to separate pages within a website.
Spreadsheet-Like Listing View!
A spreadsheet-like listing View is now available for a quick and easy comparison of search results. The three-line icon on the upper right converts the screen from the Expanded View to the Spreadsheet View. Your clients can use the Sort button on the upper right to sort by seven different columns including Price, Bedrooms, City, etc.
Clicking on the “balloon-like” icon displays the map only, while retaining the user’s preference to keep the Filter open or closed. This is useful for your buyers who are targeting a particular area before looking at the detailed property information.
Number-Crunching Statistics on the Fly!
A new feature has been added to provide your clients with useful “number-crunching” statistics. Just click on the “Pie Chart” icon on the upper right to see a variety of data including– Average, High, and Low numbers for 12 different data columns and a complete Days on Market analysis with both Agent Days and Cumulative Days if available in your MLS. Can you see your engineer, CPA, or analytical buyers loving this handy new feature?
Last, but not least, the “Toolbox” button in the upper right now functions as the Print Button and the Save Search option for users who have logged into their Portal Accounts.
Be sure to point out these exciting new changes to your clients and prospects, they are going to love the new Flexmls IDX!
